**Role description**:
 Actively review project progress adherence to schedule, resource utilization & progress against objective.
 Provide portfolio level reporting to fulfil stakeholder requirements on projects progress against key criteria
such as schedule, risks, issues and benefits.
 Establish and maintain project methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery is taken
across the portfolio with the use of project management tools, process and practices.
 Establish and maintain quality assurance review checks to monitor the quality of project reporting and
deliverables.
 Communicate project status & issues to business stakeholders.
 Act as a reference point for PMO queries & information and an advocate for best practices in project
management.
 Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure timely program reviews with stakeholders. Build good relationships
with stakeholders & conduct stakeholder surveys to obtain feedback

**Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required**:
 Experience in working on large cross-functional regulatory initiatives with the ability to be flexible and
adaptable to a changing environment.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills to converse with global stakeholders and senior
management.
 Ability to work under limited supervision (‘self-starter’) in unstructured environments
 A sound understanding of the project life cycle.
 Attention to detail and high quality standards relating to documentation, processes and the control
environment.
 Initiative and ability to think laterally.
 Very strong attention to detail.
 Competent in MS Office products
