- Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure the precision and timeliness of financial data to support informed decision-making.
- Adhere to relevant accounting standards, maintaining the integrity and transparency of financial information.
**- Budgeting**:

- Collaborate in the development of annual budgets, working closely with department heads.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Foster effective communication and coordination to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
**- Accounts Management**:

- Efficiently handle accounts payable processes, overseeing invoice processing and payment schedules.
- Manage accounts receivable to optimize cash flow, minimize bad debts, and expedite collections.
- Conduct regular reconciliations, addressing discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate financial records.
**- Tax Compliance**:

- Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, covering income tax, sales tax, and VAT/GST.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring continuous compliance.
- Assist in tax audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to regulatory authorities.
**- Control & Compliance**:

- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and data integrity.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, conducting periodic audits and reviews.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process, addressing any findings promptly.
**- Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to accounting processes and strive for continuous improvement.
**- Decision Support**:

- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of business cases and financial models.
- Present financial information and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
**- Vendor Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable terms.
- Evaluate vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize vendor selection and contract management processes.

**Salary**: ₹5,600.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
