- The expectation joints, ladders, man hole such kind of knowledge should be aware of it.
- Drawing understanding should be there. The consecutive work is need to be monitored and planned.
- The civil knowledge should be highly known,
- Daily review of program and progress with the project manager.
- Co-ordination between the shift engineers.
- Safe working condition and safe acts of all workman, machineries etc.
- Quality at all the stages shall be ensured.
- Documentation of all process related reports as per ISO requirements.
- Submission of requirement of materials & other resources for the next week/ month.
- More than 5 yrs experience is required in the field.
- Timely work progress should be done. The material reconciliation should be maintained properly.
- Manpower utilization should be monitored and bills are to be prepared.
