Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Performs erection and dismantling of conventional formwork
- Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to managers, engineers and foreman etc.
- Ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions
- Coordinate operations, Supervise and train and oversee workers
- Assists Safety & Environmental Representatives in the development, implementation and enforcement of safety and environmental programs relative to terminal operations
- Oversee quality of the site, and managing the budget.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the foreman to ensure proper coordination of responsibility for the project.
