We are currently seeking a Helper to join our manufacturing team. The Helper will provide assistance to various departments within the manufacturing facility, supporting production processes and ensuring smooth operations. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
- Assist operators and technicians in performing routine tasks.
- Handle basic tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stocktaking.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. (Freshers can Apply)
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
