**Job Title: Telecaller - Parent Engagement Specialist**

Skoolz, a leading education solutions provider, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller
- Parent Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Telecaller at Skoolz, you will play a crucial role in understanding the needs and preferences of parents. Your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to parents, engaging in meaningful conversations, and eliciting information about their educational requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to parents to understand their preferences and requirements.
- Provide information about Skoolz's educational offerings and benefits.
- Document and maintain accurate records of conversations and parent feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Ability to empathize and build rapport with parents.
- Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
