**Job Opening: Customer Service Representative (Day & Night Shifts)**

We are looking for experienced **Customer Service Representatives** to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent English communication skills, are comfortable working in rotational shifts, and are looking for a stable position with a competitive salary, we want to hear from you

**Position Details**:

- **Salary**: Up to ₹17,000 per month
- **Shift Window**: 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (any 8-hour shift within this window)
- **Off Days**: Rotational 1 week off
- **Location**: [Specify location or if remote]
- **Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Excellent English communication skills** (both verbal and written) are a must.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (within the 7 AM to 12 AM window).
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

**Additional Benefits**:

- Female employees will have a drop facility post 9:00 PM.
