**We are hiring for**:
Account Executive [Male]

**Location**: Marine Lines, Mumbai.
**Time**: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
**Job type**: Work from Office
**Working Days**:Monday to Saturday
**Week Off**:Sunday
**Experience**: 3 yrs minimum.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced accountant with at least 3 years of experience and a strong background in Accounting finalization. The ideal applicant will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, prepare financial statements, and ensure financial data correctness.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor daily accounting processes, such as accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger duties.
- Finalize the accounts and verify that financial reports are accurate and timely.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and legal obligations.
- Consolidate balance sheets, bank statements, and other financial information.
- Manage bookkeeping and maintain the general ledger.
- Ensure GST and TDS compliance; handle PF and ESIC requirements.
- Track expenses, process payroll, and assist in tax preparation.
- Provide audit support and utilize Tally Prime for reporting.
