We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, overseeing the general accounting function, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconciling financial statements
- Filing GST & TDS returns
- Monitoring financial transactions
- Preparing financial reports and budgets
- Conducting financial analysis
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve financial processes
- Providing support during audits

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 to 6 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

**Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Ability to analyze financial data efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
