**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Doing all types of administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating with team members as needed.
- Create, edit, and update Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Forms, spreadsheets
- Maintain site supply inventory.
- Retrieve documents and files when requested.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks and assignments delegated by management.
- Resolve site-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Overall responsibility for all day-to-day activities of the store, including stock receipt, stock issue, and record maintenance.
- Thorough knowledge of weights and measurements, and also its implementation at the project site.
- Knowledge of various materials used in construction - electrical, plumbing, cement, steel, adhesives, tiles, paints, etc.
- Maintaining Store Records and Storekeeping.
- Maintaining and keeping track of receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies.
- Executing other stock-related duties which may include returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
- Examining and reviewing deliveries for discrepancies and damages and reporting to necessary personnel for reimbursements and record keeping.
- Cleaning construction equipment and testing them to ensure functionality.
- Answering questions regarding procedures and resolving issues that may arise on receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus supply.
- Overseeing and/or exercising general control over all the tools and activities of the store.
- Inspecting the construction site and ensuring that all tools and/or equipment are complete and in good shape.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:

- **Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point, google drive, google sheets, google forms, spreadsheets.**:

- **Applicant having experience in Real Estate is a plus.**

**Skill sets/Experience we require**:

- Age Group 28-35 years
- **Having a Graduate Degree with having minimum of 3 years of relevant experience**:

- Staying 45 minutes to 1 hour from Salt Lake Sector V
- Must know how to drive a 2-wheeler and valid driving license required.
- Salary - Rs.14,000/- to 20,000/- per month
- Must have ability to pay particular attention to detail, as supervising the store of a construction site, as well as a team of workers involves many different factors.
- Must have excellent management skills, since he is in charge of maintaining all the tools and equipment of the construction site and also ensure that they are safe and well-maintained.
- Strong multitasking skills which enable him to handle several tasks efficiently at the same time.
- Good time management skills, since construction projects must be completed within a given deadline.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
