**Your Mission**:

- Connect with **pre-qualified, warm inbound leads** - no cold calls.
- Use empathy, insight, and sales psychology to uncover needs and **drive high-ticket conversions**.
- Handle objections like a pro and **move the conversation to closure** with confidence.
- Keep CRM updated with real-time notes, follow-ups, and pipeline activities.
- Work closely with marketing and strategy teams to improve sales effectiveness.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **2-6 years** of success in telesales, inside sales, or voice-based closing (mandatory).
- Fluent in **English** (mandatory); additional languages are a bonus.
- Strong **emotional intelligence, resilience, and hunger for growth**.
- Able to work **night shift (US time zone)** without compromise.
- Skilled with tools like **Google Workspace, CRMs (HubSpot/Zoho), and call tracking.**
