Civil Engineer is responsible for executing the land development plan whcih is developed by the Architect.

**Responsibilities**

Get working drawings in desired time

Matching the execution milestnes as per the planned timelines

No dealy in work due to Material or labourConstruction

Rework Identify potential opportunities to reduce cost

**Task and Activities**

**Task**

Create a list of requirements for the land developmentWork in collaboartion with the Architect to get the plan developed as per the company and project requirementGet working drawings from the ArchitectsBoQ preparationAdjusting the BoQ as per the budgetGet the final nod from the ArchitectBoQ discussion with the managementMaterial SelectionCreate project execution plan
- flow chartMonitoring the whole project executionProducing weekly progress reportsIdentification of suitable contractors

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
