**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Maintain customer database with accurate details and follow-up status.
- Understand client needs and schedule meetings for senior marketing representatives.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customer queries and responses.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during client communication.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

**Education**:

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate or equivalent.

**Salary**:
₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
