**Job Title: Business Development Executive - EdTech Sales**

**Location**: Bangalore, India**

**Salary**: Up to 3.6 LPA as per experience**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**: Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities within the EdTech sector. Identify and target potential clients, including educational institutions and colleges.
**- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of Global Knowledge Technology’s product offerings and how they address the needs of educational institutions. Effectively communicate the benefits and value propositions to clients.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and feedback to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- **Counselling and Consultation**: Offer expert advice and counselling to prospective clients, guiding them through the decision-making process and ensuring they choose the best solutions for their needs.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in EdTech sales, college-to-college sales, or academic sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with the EdTech market and trends. Understanding of educational institutions’ requirements and decision-making processes.
- **Location**: Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
