**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents over phone/video calls regarding courses, career paths, and learning outcomes.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through a consultative sales approach.
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and lead status in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Education, Sales, Business, or related)
- 1-3 years of experience in **EdTech sales, counselling, or telesales**:

- Strong communication skills in **English and at least one South Indian language** (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam)
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle objections
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
