**Your Job**
Looking for an Accounts Payable SME who can lead & support a team providing support to Invoice processing, payments and helpdesk functions. Should be able to handle exceptions & perform special handling for certain priority suppliers / categories. Handle and manage escalations efficiently. Drive process changes and improvements to build a rhobust process. Process document creation and management. Strong stake holder management.

**What You Will Do**
- Validate invoice completeness and accuracy, compare with PO and vendor records, ensure OCR accuracy, process per defined procedures, manually enter invoices for exceptions, liaise for missing information, cancel and reprocess to fix errors, and return incorrect invoices to vendors.
- Review and approve payment proposals, ensure timely payments, check due invoices, follow defined processes, coordinate with duplicate review teams, consult on cheque payments, void and reverse payments, assist with treasury forecasting and FX payment reviews, track unresolved payment issues, resolve queries, and perform related duties as assigned.
- Support customer queries on Accounts Payable, manage query lifecycle, ensure detailed understanding and responses, use workflow tools for ticketing, collect feedback, liaise for information, adhere to service levels, document actions, and proactively anticipate customer needs. Improve first pass rate and cycle time of queries. Reduce dependencies in the processes and non-value added tasks.
- Drive process efficiencies and improvements to attain a robust process & vision of the business.
- Ensure smooth delivery of operations, SLA attainment & improvement in KPIs.
- Lead functional testing with new tools, ERP's or changes within the systems.
- Training / guiding team members leading to process compliance
- Handle & mange escalations with appropriate RCAs
- Efficiently manage stake holders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable & ITP process
- Mange AP processes & smooth delivery of operations
- Core knowledge of the areas of Accounts Payable (VMD, Invoice processing, payments, helpdesk etc)
- Proven skills on driving Key Metrices for Accounts Payable
- Proven skills on driving Customer satisfaction
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working on Service Now
- Experience working on ERP like SAP Ariba/ S4, Coupa, VIM.
- Bachelor in Commerce
