**JOB DISCIPTION**

**Sourcing and Supplier Management**
- Identify and source hard goods products from reliable suppliers/vendors, both domestically and internationally.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost-effectiveness and favorable delivery terms.
- Conduct supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality and ethical standards.

**Product Development**:

- Collaborate with design and product development teams to create new product concepts or improve existing products based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Manage the sampling process, including specifications, approvals, and modifications, to meet customer requirements and production feasibility.

**Order Management**:

- Receive and review purchase orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule manufacturing and monitor production progress to meet delivery deadlines.
- Address any issues or delays in production and communicate proactively with customers to manage expectations.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet agreed-upon specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct pre-shipment inspections and quality tests to verify product integrity and compliance with standards.
- Handle product quality complaints or returns, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.

**Logistics and Shipping**:

- Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange transportation, shipping, and documentation for outgoing shipments.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and shipping protocols for international shipments.
- Track shipment progress, resolve any issues or delays, and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

**Market Analysis and Forecasting**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences related to hard goods merchandise.
- Analyze sales data, order trends, and inventory levels to forecast demand and adjust procurement and production plans accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for product assortment, pricing strategies, and market expansion opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
