**Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities -**
- Responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of the development of a design, production of the construction documents/ plans.
- Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
- Architectural design awareness in line with the company project portfolio of projects.
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Should Possess Strong Knowledge In Detail Drawings.
- Prepare Design drawings - Floor plans, sections, elevations, Tiling layout, Landscape layout, False Ceiling, Cladding, Compound wall etc.
- Be acquainted with, implement and be able to improvise visual merchandising standards to improve and store image and product display.
- Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
- Should be well versed with REVIT Architecture and REVIT Structure.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- total work: 8 years (preferred)
