**Full job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Record Management**:
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Assist in preparing ledgers and reconciling financial statements.
- **Transaction Processing**:
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify, allocate, and post financial transactions to appropriate accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups and reconciliations.
- **Assisting in Financial Reporting**:
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in generating reports for management review and analysis.
- Participate in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- **Compliance and Accuracy**:
- Ensure all financial activities adhere to company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
- Stay updated with financial regulations and changes in accounting practices.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Address queries related to accounts and finance from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the senior finance team with any additional accounting tasks as required.

Pay: ₹9,561.49 - ₹30,358.04 per month
