**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries).
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks (as applicable).
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Prepare GST returns and ensure timely filing.
- Handle TDS deductions, challans, and return filings.
- Support monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Maintain and organize accounting records for easy retrieval and reference.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoicing and payments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
