**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Beverage Preparation & Innovation**:

- Design and prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks.
- Innovate new recipes and seasonal menus in collaboration with the Bar Manager.
- Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality of all beverages.

**2. Guest Interaction & Service Excellence**:

- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized recommendations and engaging storytelling about the drinks.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and special requests.
- Foster a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere at the bar.

**3. Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Monitor bar inventory levels and requisition supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper storage, rotation, and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and assist in minimizing wastage.

**4. Compliance & Hygiene**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as hotel standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and tools.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and policies.

**5. Training & Collaboration**:

- Train junior bartenders or bar staff in beverage preparation techniques and service standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to pair beverages with food offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Mixologist in luxury or fine-dining establishments (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and beverage trends.
- Creativity and ability to develop innovative recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
