We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Real Estate Tele caller** to join our team in CBD Belapur. As a tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our real estate offerings, and helping them with their inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for real estate.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell real estate properties.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries regarding property details, pricing, and availability.
- Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management.
- Assist in preparing reports on call activity, sales performance, and lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele calling or tele-sales (real estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a bonus).
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented approach.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
