**Requirement**:

- Experience as a Mobile App Designer in a SaaS company
- Proficient in design fundamentals and tools alike
- Keen eye for aesthetics, detail and user experience needs beyond the obvious.
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player.
- Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
- A broad portfolio of work that demonstrates your design chops across the phases mentioned above
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
- Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
- Provide assistance to product engineers when needed
- Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques

**Responsibilities**:

- By partnering with cross-functional teams and customers, you will turn your insights into delightful products in a creative environment that requires proven design skills and the ability to execute a creative vision.
- Design appealing and user-friendly interfaces for iOS and Android apps.
- Contribute to the design process from strategy to execution.
- Present and iterate UI concepts to the development team, incorporating feedback.
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Maintain design consistency using design system(s), style guides.
- Update UI based on user testing and market feedback.
- Conduct usability testing and user research.
- Work with product managers and developers to create cohesive app designs.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends and best practices.
