As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement across our various retail stores. You will collaborate with store managers, vendors, and the marketing team of the respective brands to ensure all marketing efforts align with our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **Digital Marketing campaigns**, including all social media platforms, SEO, and online advertising.
- Help in building, managing and updating the company’s website and social media profiles with engaging and relevant content.
- Develop and execute **Offline Marketing campaigns** which includes plan for distributing marketing materials such as leaflets, brochures, flyers, and posters, Plan for Hoardings and other offline strategies.
- Plan and coordinate **in-store promotions**, events, and advertising campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain consistent communication with store managers to support their local marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for design, printing, and advertising services.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are cost-effective and within budget.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Freelance

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
