Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.Tata Electronics is a subsidiary of the Tata group. The Tata Group operates in more than 100 countries across six continents, with the mission 'To improve the quality of life of the communities we serve globally, through long term stakeholder value creation based on leadership with Trust.’ResponsibilitiesPR-PO: Check SAP/ Convert PR to POShortage Management: Daily follow up with Suppliers through email/Calls/Teams MeetingShipment Tracking : Receiving shipment documents from supplier, sharing with LogisticsPayment: Working with supplier to provide accurate Invoice and follow up with FinanceSupplier Data Management: Maintaining supplier contact information, Timely submission of Invoice, required compliance documentationEssential Attributes1.To ensure timely issuance of POs to Vendors & co-ordination for payment2.To Coordinate with suppliers for actual delivery status of material for shortage mitigation3.To ensure validation of Price, SPQ, MOQ4. Maintain Supplier's Database5.To control excess Inventory through PO pushout/cancellation6. Provide accurate ETA to prepare CTB6.To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of purchasing processesQualificationsGraduate/ BECertifications: SAP knowledgeDesired Experience Level2-4 years1)Knowledge of RFQ process2)Compliance documents repository3)Shipment Process including importance/impact of various types of Incoterms4)ASN5) Basic awareness of ISO/IATF
