Job Details : Responsible for the entire kitchen operation in the absence of a sous chef. Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section as per the Standard recipe, also assisting Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes. Ensure proper Food Safety Standard being maintained in the entire production / store area. Monitoring portion and waste control and Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen Estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature. Responsible to operate and maintain all departmental equipment's and reporting of any malfunctioning. Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section and Consults daily with Sous Chef on the daily requirements, functions and also about any last minute events. Perform and responsible for any other responsibilities allocated to him time to time by Sous Chef/Sr management Understand fire extinguishing system installed and able to act upon basic fire prevention

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
