Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter data from various sources (forms, documents, and systems) into the company's computer systems.
- **Data Verification**: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Cross-check data entries to ensure there are no discrepancies or errors.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files. Ensure that records are appropriately stored and easy to access.
- **System Maintenance**: Ensure that all computer systems, databases, and software programs are maintained regularly. Report any technical issues to the IT department.
- **Data Updates**: Update and edit data as necessary based on new information or changes in the system.
- **Report Generation**: Assist in generating reports or preparing documents by retrieving and organizing data as needed.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain the confidentiality and security of company data, adhering to all data protection regulations.
- **General Administrative Support**: Perform routine administrative tasks, such as filing, answering phones, and supporting other team members as required.
- **Customer Support**: Occasionally provide assistance to clients or customers by entering or correcting data as part of customer service efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in computer science or data management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Computer Operator, or similar role.
- Strong typing speed and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of database management software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with data entry software or enterprise systems.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis or data visualization tools.
- Experience with document scanning and imaging systems.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position.
- Office-based or remote, depending on the company’s requirements.
