**Job Description
- Data Entry Operator**

**Job Summary**: As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within the organization's databases and systems. Your primary responsibility will be to input, verify, and manage various types of data efficiently and with a high level of accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inputting and updating data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of entered information
- Verifying data for errors and inconsistencies.
- Maintaining and updating databases regularly.
- Organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval.
- Conducting regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Resolving discrepancies and ensuring data integrity.
- Generating reports and summaries as required.
- Archiving and organizing data for future reference
- Communicating effectively with relevant departments to clarify data-related queries.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Adhering to data security and privacy policies.
- Adapting to changes in data entry procedures or software tools.
- Learning and implementing new technologies and processes.
- Basic knowledge of advanced functions like - Pivot Table,V-lookup, H-lookup, Mail Merge and other advanced functions in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proficient in Google Sheets & Excel.
- Knowledge of Google Forms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
