**What job duties can I expect to perform as a Customer Support Representative?**
- Providing accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and order statuses.
- Assisting customers with order processing, cancellations, and returns
- Handling customer complaints and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Updating and maintaining accurate customer records in the system.
- Supporting back-office operations such as data entry, report generation, and order management.
- Working collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure excellent customer service.

**What requirements must I meet to join the team?**
- Graduate in any discipline
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English (B2 level).
- 0-24 months of experience in a contact center or back-office role (freshers are welcome).
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Amenable to work full-time, in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work from the office in Bangalore
