**RESPONSIBILITIES.**

**Part - Time:

- **
- Monitoring infrastructure work at Rasta Peth Education Society, Pune
- Networking and Coordinating with the Education Society and Deepalaya Delhi Team.
- Documentation of work and timely sharing of reports and updates.
- Building Rapport in the Mangalwar Peth Community for Project Implementations.

**Full - Time:

- **
- Implementing project activities in the field.
- Building Rapport with field key persons and conducting base line service.
- Coordinating and Networking with required consultants (Doctors/Nutritionists, etc.) Education Department, and other Govt. Departments.
- Documenting Project activities and submitting Monthly/Quarterly reports.
- Maintaining records of all project beneficiaries.
- Arranging logistics for Health camps, nutrition, and Menstrual Hygiene Sessions.
- Ensuring Program quality meets Deepalaya Program Standards.

**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES.**
- 2-3 Years of experience in the Social Sector/Community/NGO
- Minimum Graduate.
- Preference will be given to Post Graduate in Sociology or MSW.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation.
- Ability to work independently within the community and sensitivity to cultural differences and respect for diversity.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Marathi/Hindi, demonstrating strong communication skills in both local Languages and English.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Strong Inter personal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. (Local Leaders/Govt. Officials).
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities and adaptability to challenging situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
