**Colonelz Constructions Pvt Ltd** Designation: Proj Arch Department: Architecture & Interior Designing Reports To - (Functionally) : Principal Architect Reports To - (Administratively) : Principal Architect Immediate Level Subordinates : Architecture Interns & Site Engineers / Supervisors Objectives of the Job: (Summary of the position) Handle projects independently, under guidance of Principal Architect & in conjunction with Project Architect. To be solely responsible for Project planning, coordination, line up, material procurement, project site manpower management and implementation of Architectural & Interior designing projects. He shall be responsible for management of Customer and Contractor resources with responsibility for the end result. Help Principal Architect wrt all aspects of the Site. Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks and controls. Coordination with Vendors for samples and meetings. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Handle projects independently, under guidance & in conjunction with Project Architect. Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks and controls and Preparation of BOQs & estimates. Head and be responsible for Project planning, coordination, men & material line up, material procurement, project site manpower management and implementation of projects. Explain designs & tie up with production and dispatch departments and Control manufacturing orders to meet time lines. Plan, indent, release orders for materials. Responsible for management of Customer and Contractor resources with responsibility for the end result. Authority Limits: To be explained & defined on job Experience : 3-4 years in PMC, apart from Internship. As PMC, must have handled project > 2000 sft and budget of INR 1 Cr.
