**Job Summary**:
The Draftsman is responsible for creating accurate and detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or other professionals. These drawings serve as a visual representation of design concepts, allowing for effective communication and implementation of projects in various industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drafting: Create technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams using computer-aided design (CAD) software or manual drafting techniques.
- Interpretation: Review rough sketches, specifications, and other engineering data to translate into detailed and accurate drawings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, designers, and other professionals to understand project requirements and incorporate changes as needed.
- Precision: Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards, regulations, and specifications, maintaining accuracy and clarity.
- Material Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate materials, dimensions, and processes based on project requirements and design specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and related project documentation.
- Quality Control: Review and verify the accuracy of drawings to identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies.
- Incorporate Changes: Update drawings to reflect design modifications or engineering changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to clarify requirements and address concerns.
- Adaptation: Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and design techniques to enhance drafting capabilities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
- Understanding of engineering and architectural principles.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to address design challenges and modifications.
- Prior experience in drafting or a related field is advantageous.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline is a plus.

**Work Environment**:
Draftsmen typically work in office settings, collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers. They may also visit construction sites or manufacturing facilities to gather additional information for accurate drawings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,158.26 per month
