Supply Chain Executive (Fresher - Customer Support)
Location : ESP Engineered Components Pvt Ltd - Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order processing, shipment tracking, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with the US manufacturing team to ensure timely production and delivery of orders.
- Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work on quick resolutions.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain team to monitor inventory levels.
- Support in preparing shipping documentation and order processing.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Assist in generating and presenting regular reports on customer support activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Any Graduate
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Basic understanding of supply chain concepts is a plus.
- Enthusiastic fresher with a passion for customer support and problem-solving.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
