We are a creative team of photographers, videographers, editors, and cinematographers. Our goal is to redefine the limits of excellence in capturing and documenting the most important day in our clients' lives.

**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Finance and Accounting**: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and bank transactions. Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to accounts and payments promptly.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- **Account Management**: Oversee client accounts, ensuring timely billing and payment collection. Maintain detailed records of client transactions.
- **Data Management**: Ensure all data is accurately recorded and updated in our systems.
- **Data Organization**: Develop and maintain a structured system for organizing client data. Ensure that all data is categorized appropriately and can be easily retrieved when needed.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and office organization.
- **Reporting**: Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed for management review.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Assist with audits and other regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, including account reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all financial and administrative tasks.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
- Prior experience in the wedding industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 11/03/2025
