We are looking for a **Client Servicing Executive **with 1 to 2 years of experience in client servicing and social media management for **Genesis Advertising Pvt Ltd.** This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
- Understanding the needs and desires of clients
- Creating a positive experience for all new clients.
- Maintaining records of all existing and potential clients.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely & professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Min 1 year experience as a client servicing executive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skill.
- Good communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month

Schedule:
