**Job Description: Tamil-Speaking Hostess/Stewards**

**Location**: Tandoori Tamashaa, Ilara Hotels

**Department**: Food & Beverage (Fine Dining Restaurant)

**Reports To**: Tamil Captain/Manager

**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities (Hostess)**
- Greet and welcome guests warmly in Tamil and English.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
- Communicate menu highlights and restaurant specialties effectively.
- Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.

**Key Responsibilities (Stewards)**
- Serve food and beverages to guests in an elegant and efficient manner.
- Assist in explaining menu items and making recommendations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for accurate order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Fluent in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
- 1+ year of experience in a restaurant or hotel service role (preferred).
- Polished appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards is an advantage.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Working Conditions**
- Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically demanding role, involving standing for extended periods.
