We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and camera-friendly individual to join our team as a YouTube Anchor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Host and present YouTube videos for our channel(s) across genres like news, business, entertainment and Political
- Script content or collaborate with scriptwriters to ensure smooth delivery and flow.
- Conduct on-camera interviews, vlogs, or news bulletins as per content requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team for video shoots, lighting, wardrobe, and audio.
- Engage with the audience by encouraging likes, comments, shares, and subscriptions.
- Stay updated with YouTube trends, viral content styles, and social media formats.
- Maintain a professional on-screen presence and be adaptable to various formats (live, recorded, reels, shorts).
- Review footage and suggest improvements to enhance video quality.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil.
- Strong camera presence and confidence in public speaking.
- Creativity, spontaneity, and ability to think on your feet.
- Basic knowledge of YouTube platform and content trends.
- Previous experience is mandatory as an anchor.
- Ability to handle feedback positively and improve performance.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Background in journalism, mass communication, media, or performing arts.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut) is a bonus.
- Strong social media presence or experience in influencer marketing.
