Regularly monitoring Purchase orders, getting updates on estimated shipping detail and the tracking information.
- Getting Device information from the vendors for the orders that are already shipped.
- Updating internal databases with order details like ESD, ETA, tracking details, Invoicing details and status of the orders and the tickets.
- Making sure Invoices received from the vendor matches our purchase order pricing.
- Updating shipping and handling cost as per the vendor invoice.
- Receiving and shipping all the products in sales order once everything is shipped and invoice is generated.
- Receiving and shipping only licenses and shipping line in service Ticket once we have the invoice from the vendor.
- Contacting vendor if there is any discrepancy in the invoice generated by the vendor and getting it resolved.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
