**What does a successful Market Research Analysis Professional do at Fiserv?**

We are looking for a skilled Market Research Analysis Specialist to join our Insights Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights that drive customer experiences and inform strategic decisions. Success in this position requires not only advanced expertise in research survey programming and data analysis but also the ability to deliver high-quality results on complex projects within established timelines.

**What you will do**:

- Perform comprehensive research survey programming using Qualtrics to facilitate effective data collection.
- Leverage your customer experience analytics or market research experience in driving strategic decision-making.
- Manage and successfully deliver high complexity projects.
- Exhibit proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI to create insightful reports and presentations.
- Utilize your experience with data processing tools to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Identify and solve data issues by providing valuable suggestions that enhance data quality.
- Execute ad-hoc and tracker requests that support survey and data operations in a timely manner.
- Self-monitor project-related follow-up tasks (revisions/changes/etc.), proactively escalating and addressing issues as they arise.
- Foster a collaborative work environment with other research operations team members to achieve shared goals.
- Estimate and communicate effective deadlines for project milestones.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy of programming work and data handling.
- Understand business objectives and support the execution of research plans that effectively address the needs of the Insights team across the enterprise.
