Job Profile: Sales Executive (School Books Publication Company) Role and Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential schools, colleges, and educational institutions within the assigned territory.
- Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand the company's market reach.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and librarians.
- Product Promotion: Promote the company's range of school books, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the company's offerings and addressing their specific needs.
- Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or publishing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- A passion for education and a deep understanding of the school book market.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
