In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong distribution networks, and leading high-performing teams.Your responsibilities will include:- Drive primary and secondary sales objectives, ensuring achievement of brand-wise and value targets.- Execute monthly business plans, aligning goals across distributors and sales teams.- Strengthen territory performance through effective distribution, coverage expansion, and market penetration.- Acquire, build, train, and motivate field teams, ensuring sales rep productivity and beat optimization.- Lead BTL activations including trade schemes, visibility drives, new launches, and promotional campaigns.- Ensure sales hygiene and system compliance as per company SOPs, while continuously improving distribution effectiveness.What we are looking for:- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred)- 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade experience is Must)- Strong sales planning, distributor management and people coordination skills.- Proven ability to drive sales growth and deliver execution excellence.- Self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Ready to Make an Impact?
