DSPL is urgently hiring for Export/Import Executive.

**The Job**

Logistics centres on the movement of goods, but its effects extend much further. In every business, success in logistics translates to increased efficiencies, lower costs, higher production rates, better inventory control, smarter use of warehouse space,increased customer and supplier satisfaction, and an improved customer experience. The very essence of a business is to exchange goods or services for money or trade. Logistics is the path those goods and services take to complete the transactions.

**The Role**
- Coordinate and oversee import and export shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouses to monitor and manage shipments.
- Prepare, manage and file all necessary import/export documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs forms.
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international trade regulations and standards, including customs regulations, tax, and duty requirements.
- Resolve issues related to shipment, customs, clearance, delivery, and inventory control.
- Track and trace shipments, providing updates to internal teams.
- Analyse logístical problems and produce effective solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory laws and tariffs.
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning related to import/export activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on import/export activities and costs to management.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a logistics management role
- Proven track record of reducing costs and improving efficiency in a logistics operation
- In-depth knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Expertise in developing and implementing logistics strategies
- Strong leadership and team-building skills

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
