Job Title: Exports and Imports ManagerJob Overview:
Oversees and manages all export and import activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, managing logistics, negotiating with carriers, and coordinating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all trade regulations; prepare and process documentation.
- **Logistics Management**: Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers; monitor shipments; manage inventory.
- **Supplier and Vendor Management**: Negotiate rates; maintain supplier relationships.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain records; generate reports on shipments and costs.
- **Internal Coordination**: Work with sales, purchasing, and finance departments.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate risks; improve supply chain efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s in Business, International Business, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in import/export management or logistics.
- **Skills**: Knowledge of trade regulations, strong organizational skills, negotiation skills, proficiency in logistics software, attention to detail.
- **Additional Requirements**: International Trade certification (CILT, CIPS) is a plus; advanced Excel skills; multi-language proficiency beneficial.
