**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Coordinating and managing appointments & meetings.
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
- Keep a track of meetings with clients, remind them of documents needed and take regular follow ups
- Maintaining centralized tracker sheets
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and database
- Development of effective sales strategies and set the monthly sales targets
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relations
- Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports

**SKILLS/ PROFICIENCY REQUIRED**:

- High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- 2 or more years’ office administration experience.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
**SALARY: Negotiable / As per company norms**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
