**Job Title**:Graphic Designer

**Job Summary**:

- we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. As a designer your role is crucial in creating and implementing designs that effectively communicate our company's vision and brand image. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and visually appealing designs.

**Responsibilities& Roles**:

- Lead and manage the design process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that all design projects are completed within the given deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with the company's brand guidelines and objectives.
- Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for a wide range of mediums including digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and marketing collateral.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge designs.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet project requirements.
- Communicating with the Marketing team for creating any promotional graphics

**Designer Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 06 months to 1year of experience in a design role, preferably in a senior or leadership position.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and a high level of creativity and innovation.
- Proven experience in managing design projects from concept to execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and objectives.
- Knowledge of current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in design software and tools, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.

Familiarity with design software like Coral Draw, Canvas, Photoshop

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
