**Graphic Designer**
- **Location**: Pune
- **Experience Required**: 2-3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Collateral Development**: Design and produce a variety of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, property listings, and advertisements to effectively showcase properties and services.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional appearance across all platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing teams, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into visual concepts.Job Search India | Indeed
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- **Creativity and Innovation**: Ability to develop fresh and engaging design concepts that resonate with the target audience.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all designs.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication skills for articulating design concepts and collaborating with team members.
- **Time Management**: Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Real Estate Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies and an understanding of the property market dynamics.
- **Motion Graphics Skills**: Experience with Adobe After Effects or similar software for creating simple animations and motion graphics.
- **Photography Skills**: Ability to capture and edit high-quality photographs of properties is a plus.
