We are seeking a skilled and proactive Online Bidder/Proposal Writer with expertise in acquiring projects related to mobile apps, web development, frontend development, and design to join our team. As an Online Bidder, your main responsibility will be to secure new projects and clients through online platforms such as Upwork and other project bidding platforms. You will focus on a wide range of projects including mobile app development, web development, frontend development, and design. Proficiency in spoken English, as well as knowledge of Upwork and other project platforms, is essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and analyze potential projects related to mobile apps, web development, frontend development, and design on platforms like Upwork.
- Create persuasive and comprehensive proposals tailored to client requirements, highlighting expertise in various domains.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project needs and provide suitable solutions covering mobile apps, web development, frontend development, and design.
- Collaborate with the development and design teams to gather project requirements, estimate timelines, and provide accurate cost estimates.
- Negotiate project terms, budgets, and milestones with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and building long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to mobile apps, web development, frontend development, and design.
- Track and analyze project bidding performance, making necessary adjustments to improve success rates.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or Proposal Writer, specifically in acquiring mobile app, web, frontend, and design projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience with platforms like Upwork and other project bidding platforms.
- Proficiency in understanding and communicating requirements for mobile apps, web development, frontend development, and design projects.
- Ability to prepare persuasive proposals that showcase expertise in multiple domains.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project estimation and pricing strategies.
- Experience in collaborating with development and design teams.

**Salary**: ₹9,029.46 - ₹33,306.85 per month
