**Responsibilities**:

- Bid on relevant projects through freelancing platforms **(Upwork, Freelancer, Guru)**:

- Prepare project proposals and **follow-ups**:

- **Generate leads** and help convert them into clients

**Requirements**:

- **6 months to 1 year**of experience in online **bidding** or business development
- Excellent written and verbal **communication skills**:

- Basic understanding of **IT services**like web and app development
- Confidence, consistency, and willingness to grow

**Good to Have**:

- Prior experience in handling **international clients**:

- Familiarity with **bidding tools** and project tracking
