**Designation: Customer Relationship Officer**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of the products/services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Educational Qualification is 10th/11th/12th or Graduate
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasive and closing skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills

**Languages: Kannada and English**

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- Kannada (preferred)
