**Position Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the marketing team to help increase brand visibility, traffic, and engagement, while also assisting with strategic planning and analysis of marketing performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize website content and structure for search engines, and manage Google Ads campaigns to improve visibility and lead generation.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Develop and execute social media strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to engage with potential customers and boost brand recognition.
- **Content Creation & Management**: Create compelling digital content such as blogs, infographics, product descriptions, and social media posts, while maintaining the company’s voice and messaging.
- **Website Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, track, and analyze web traffic and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- **PPC Campaigns**: Set up and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, analyze results, and optimize for better ROI.
- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work with the sales, design, and product teams to ensure alignment in marketing campaigns and messaging.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail
- Proficient in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads and social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for digital marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, WordPress, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
